Our practice is closed Wed + Sat afternoons, Sunday + Public holidays.
Walk-in appointments may not be available, but there are limited "on the day" appointments.

​As we see frail + elderly patients, we are continuing with certain precautions, including masks + screening patients at the time of booking appointments. Please advise your reason for visit when making the booking.
If possible, please bring your own mask + wear it at the clinic. If you do not have a mask, we will give you one.
Please inform us if you have fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath, or have had contact with a known or suspected case of Covid, Flu or other infectious illnesses. Dr Lu will do Telehealth consults in these cases.

Please note: Dr Lu's hours differ from the opening hours of Enfield Medical + Dental clinic.
Long Appointments
Please ask for a long appointment if you:
- have 3 or more issues or a complex condition
- need a Pap smear
- need Acupuncture
- need a Care Plan
Please note that sometimes there may be unforeseen delays, and you may be seen later than your appointment time.

Urgent appointments
Please inform us if you have an emergency or need urgent review.
Please advise our receptionist of your symptoms so we can fit you in on the day or call you back with advice.
Confirming Appointments
We will aim to confirm your appointment the day before, or on the day of your appointment if you:
- are a new patient to the practice
- are booked for a long appointment
Cancelling Appointments
Please ring us to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend. Please inform us as soon as practicable, and by the morning of your appointment at the latest, so we can fit in other patients if needed. Your co-operation is appreciated.
Please note that if you do not attend a booked appointment + fail to inform us on more than 1 occasion, you may be charged cancellation fees or you will no longer be bulk-billed (if pensioner or HCC holder).
